摘要
幼儿时期是孩子学习和成长的初步阶段,在这一过程中,学生会形成自己的思维和态度认知,虽然这一时期的他们年龄还较小,但是所想所做会直接关系到今后的成长和发展,所以教师一定要引起重视,在帮助他们形成正确世界观、价值观的同时,让他们认识到合作的重要性,因为很多少年由于幼时的独宠和溺爱,导致不爱与他人分享、合作。所以该文就幼儿教育中孩子合作能力培养的重要性进行分析,并结合现状提出具体的培养策略。
