小场地提高小学生速度素质和无氧运动能力的实验研究

摘要 小学生身体素质是国民体质的基础,因此,强调加强学生身体素质是十分必要的。但现实情况却不尽如人意,全国城市中小学普遍存在着运动场地不足的现象,导致体育课难以安排以快速跑为主要内容的速度素质练习。该研究从小场地实际出发,编排了一整套以“原地为主”的发展学生速度素质的练习方法,以正处于发展速度的大好时机的10岁小学生为研究对象,进行了持续了12周的“速度素质训练”。通过对受试者实验前、后运动成绩和无氧运动能力比较发现:(1)该文提出的这种简便、省时、省地的体育“速度素质训练”方法,对于提高10岁小学生的短跑运动成绩和机体无氧代谢供能能力具有明显促进作用;(2)运动场地狭小的学校,如参照该文提出的简便、省时、省地“课课练”的方法,同样可以提高小学生的短跑成绩和无氧代谢能力。 The physical quality of primary school students is the foundation of national physique.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the physical quality of students.However,the reality is not satisfactory.There is a lack of sports venues in primary and secondary schools in cities all over the country,which makes it difficult to a rrange the s peed quality training with fast running as the main content in physical education.Starting from the actual situation of small venues,this study arranges a set of"in situ based"training methods to develop students's peed quality.Taking 10-year-old primary school students as the research object at a good opportunity of development speed,the"speed quality training"lasted for 12 weeks.Through the comparison of the subjects'per formance and anaerobic exercise ability before and after the experiment,it is found that:(1)This simple,time-saving and land-saving"speed quality training"method proposed in this paper can obviously promote the performance of 10-year-old primary school students in sprint and the ability of anaerobic metabolism energy supply;(2)In schools with narrow sports grounds,such as the simple and convenient method proposed in this paper,can be used as reference The method of"class practice"can also improve the sprint performance and anaerobic metabolism ability of primary school students.
