新时代高职院校职业道德教育路径研究

Research on the Path of Professional Ethics Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

高职院校担负着为社会培养技术型人才的重要社会职责,将高职院校职业道德教育与思政课教学有效融合,创新高职院校职业道德教育路径,对提高高职院校学生的职业道德素质具有重要意义。该文就高职院校职业教育现状进行分析,为创新职业道德教育路径找到新途径。近年来,我国对教育事业的资金投入越来越大,尤其重视高职教育,一方面预示着国家越来越重视高级技术型人才的培养;另一方面预示着高职院校的人才素质需要进一步提升,以满足国家发展需求。

Higher vocational colleges shoulder the important social responsibility of training technical talents for the society.It is of great signif icance to improve the vocational moral quality of students in higher vocational colleges by integrating vocational moral education with ideological and political course teaching and innovating the path of vocational moral education.This paper analyzes the current situation of vocational education in higher vocational colleges and finds a new way for the innovation of vocational moral education.In recent years,China's investment in education is increasing,especially in higher vocational education,which indicates that the country is attaching more and more importance to the training of senior technical talents.On the other hand,it indicates that the talent quality of higher vocational colleges needs to be further improved to meet the needs of national development.
