河北省冰雪体育产业人才培养路径研究

北京和张家口联合申办2022年冬季奥林匹克运动会的成功,对河北省来说既是机遇,又是挑战,该文主要通过对河北省冰雪体育产业相关技术人才培养的现状问题进行调查,并对比国内国外冰雪体育产业发达地区的人才管理机制模式,得出以下结论:当前河北省的冰雪体育产业人才数量很小,专业化的程度很低,尚不能满足我国成功举办冬奥会对河北省冰雪体育产业人才提出的要求,需要河北省政府、社会、学校、冰雪培训机构等运用阶梯型培养工作机制通力合作,形成人才队伍专业化,模块化,保证为各级各类人才提供相关保障,形成人才能力培养专项资金支持,从而进一步推动河北省冰雪体育产业的全面发展。
