老年高血压合并心绞痛患者接受综合治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Treatment in Elderly Hypertensive Patients with Angina Pectoris

目的探究高血压合并心绞痛老年患者采取综合治疗的临床疗效及应用价值。方法抽取2017年4月—2019年12月该院收治罹患高血压合并心绞痛老年患者88例,根据患者入院时间分作两组,对照组采用酒石酸美托洛尔联合盐酸贝那普利治疗,观察组采用综合方式治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心绞痛改善情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率97.73%明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.456,P<0.05)。两组患者入院时,血压水平、心绞痛发作情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过一段时间治疗后均得以改善,观察组患者收缩压(112.15±4.02)mmHg、舒张压(84.23±1.31)mmHg均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.370、20.930,P<0.05),同时心绞痛发作情况均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压合并心绞痛患者通过综合治疗后临床效果显著,能够降低患者血压指标,减少心绞痛发作频次。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and application value of comprehensive treatment in elderly patients with hypertension and angina.Methods From April 2017 to December 2019,88 elderly patients with hypertension and angina pectoris were admitted to the hospital and divided into two groups according to the time of admission.The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate combined with benazepril hydrochloride.Observation group was treated in a comprehensive way,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the improvement of angina pectoris before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.73%significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.456,P<0.05).There was not statistically significant difference in blood pressure level and angina pectoris between the two groups of patients when they were admitted to the hospital(P>0.05).After a period of treatment,they were all improved.The systolic blood pressure(112.15±4.02)mmHg and diastolic blood pressure(84.23±1.31)mmHg of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.370,20.930,P<0.05),and the incidence of angina pectoris was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hypertension and angina pectoris have a significant clinical effect after comprehensive treatment,which can reduce blood pressure indicators and reduce the frequency of angina pectoris.
