地奈德乳膏联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹的应用研究

Study on the Application of Desonide Cream Combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride Drops in the Treatment of Papular Urticaria in Children

目的研究地奈德乳膏联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹的应用效果。方法选择2019年1—10月该科诊治的120例患有丘疹性荨麻疹的患儿作为研究对象,按照入院时间随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患儿给予地奈德乳膏外用,观察组在对照组的基础上加用盐酸西替利嗪滴剂口服治疗,观察两组患儿皮肤瘙痒、皮肤损害、临床治疗效果和用药不良反应情况。结果治疗前观察组和对照组皮肤瘙痒评分分别为(2.08±0.56)分、(2.23±0.50)分,皮肤损害评分分别为(2.15±0.63)分、(2.02±0.54)分;治疗后评分分别为(1.18±0.47)分、(1.55±0.57)分、(1.08±0.50)分、(1.57±0.50)分,均较治疗前明显降低,观察组降低更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗总有效率为95.00%(57/60),高于对照组的81.67%(49/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.175,P=0.023)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%(2/60),低于对照组的13.33%(8/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.927,P=0.048)。结论地奈德乳膏联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹疗效确切,不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To study the effect of desonide cream combined with cetirizine hydrochloride drops in the treatment of papular urticaria in children.Methods From January to October 2019,120 children with papular urticaria diagnosed and treated in the department were selected as the research objects.According to the time of admission,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Children in the control group were given external use of desonide cream,and the observation group was treated with cetirizine hydrochloride drops orally on the basis of the control group.The children in the two groups were treated with pruritus,skin damage,clinical treatment effects and adverse drug reactions.Results Before treatment,the skin pruritus scores of the observation group and the control group were(2.08±0.56)points and(2.23±0.50)points,and the skin damage scores were(2.15±0.63)points and(2.02±0.54)points,respectively;the scores after treatment were(1.18±0.47)points,(1.55±0.57)points,(1.08±0.50)points,(1.57±0.50)points,which were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment for children in the observation group was 95.00%(57/60),which was higher than 81.67%(49/60)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.175,P=0.023).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%(2/60),which was lower than 13.33%(8/60)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.927,P=0.048).Conclusion Desonide cream combined with cetirizine hydrochloride drops in the treatment of children with papular urticaria has a definite effect,few adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of clinical reference.
