加味天麻钩藤饮(中风2号)联合针灸治疗急性缺血性卒中的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Jiawei Tianma Gouteng Decoction(Zhongfeng No.2)Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的研究加味天麻钩藤饮(中风2号)联合针灸治疗急性缺血型卒中的临床疗效。方法选取该院2017年3月—2019年4月收治的78例急性缺血型卒中患者,将之随机分为两组,对照组39例采用常规西医治疗,观察组39例对照组基础上实施加味天麻钩藤饮联合针灸治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、中医证候积分及不良反应发生率。结果对照组治疗总有效率为74.36%,观察组治疗总有效率为94.87%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.303,P=0.012)。观察组的中医症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.268、2.269、2.169、4.637,P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为20.51%,观察组为2.56%,对照组不良反应发生率明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.522,P=0.033)。结论加味天麻钩藤饮(中风2号)联合针灸治疗急性缺血型卒中治疗总有效率高,能有效改善患者的临床症状,并且不良反应发生率也较低,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Tianma Gouteng Decoction(Zhongfeng No.2)combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 78 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to April 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.39 cases in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine.On the basis of the control group,39 cases in the observation group were treated with modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the treatment effect,TCM syndrome integral and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Control group treatment the total effective rate was 74.36%,the observation group total effective rate was 94.87%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.303,P=0.012).The scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=5.268,2.269,2.169,4.637,P<0.05).Control adverse reaction rate of 20.51%,observation group was 2.56%,significantly better than control group in incidence of adverse reactions observed group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.522,P=0.033).Conclusion Modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction(Zhongfeng No.2)combined with acupuncture has a high total effective rate in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and has a low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
