Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing in chronic wound healing in surgical outpatients. Methods 59 patients with chronic wounds admitted to the surgical clinic of the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected.According to the order of admission and treatment, the patients were divided into continuous Y group(30 cases)and reference C group(29 cases),continuous care group Y used conventional care+continuous care, with reference to group C using routine care, the two groups used different care modes for 8 weeks to observe and analyze the wound healing degree, patient satisfaction, and incidence of adverse wound events. Results After 8 weeks of using different care modes in the two groups, the effective rate of wound healing in group Y was 96.67%,patient satisfaction was 93.33%,and the incidence of adverse wound events was 3.33%;the effective rate of wound healing in group C was 68.97%,and patient satisfaction was 68.97%,the incidence of wound adverse events was 27.59%,and the difference between the two groups of data was statistically significant after statistical analysis(χ^2=6.191,5.773,4.964,P<0.05).The number of wound dressing changes of patients in group Y was(16.02±1.26)times,the healing time was(35.21±4.14)d,and the interval between two consecutive dressing changes was(2.08±0.57)d,referring to the number of wound dressing changes of patients in group C,(14.47±1.32)times and healing time of(63.06±1.26)d.The interval between two consecutive dressing changes was(9.31±1.20)d,and the continuous Y group was significantly better than the reference C group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing in the chronic wound healing of surgical outpatients can improve wound healing and patient satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of adverse wound events. It can promote the recovery of chronic wound patients as soon as possible. It has extremely high promotion value and significance.
