摘要
目的比较妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉中选择静吸复合麻醉与全凭静脉麻醉的不同效果。方法随机将方便选取的2017年1月—2019年7月72例接受腹腔镜手术治疗的妇科患者分为两组,36例在手术中选择静吸复合麻醉视作对照组,36例在手术中选择全凭静脉麻醉视作观察组,比较两组麻醉效果、血流动力学和不良反应。结果观察组麻醉起效、术后睁眼、呼吸恢复及拔除气管插管时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.984、9.159、7.220、6.997,P<0.05);观察组围术期血压及心率水平相较对照组变化幅度更小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为11.11%,对照组30.56%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.126,P<0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜手术中选择全凭静脉麻醉的效果优于静吸复合麻醉,可维持血流动力学稳定性,且能提升麻醉安全性。
Objective To compare the different effects of intravenous anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia in laparoscopic gynecological surgery.Methods From January 2017 to July 2019,72 cases of gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups.36 cases were treated with intravenous anesthesia as the control group,36 cases were treated with intravenous anesthesia as the observation group,compared the anesthesia effect,hemodynamics and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The time of anesthesia onset,postoperative eye opening,respiratory recovery and tracheal intubation in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.984,9.159,7.220,6.997,P<0.05);the changes of blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.11%,and that in the control group was 30.56%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.126,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of total intravenous anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic surgery is better than that of combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia,which can maintain the stability of hemodynamics and improve the safety of anesthesia.
