腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆囊炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Gallbladder Stones with Cholecystitis

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法方便选取2017年1月—2019年12月期间诊治的56例胆囊结石合并胆囊炎患者为研究组,应用腹腔镜手术治疗;同期选取其他医院收治的、应用药物治疗的56例胆囊结石合并胆囊炎患者临床资料,作为对照组。比较两组患者治疗效果及生存质量水平差异。结果①研究组患者胆囊结石合并胆囊炎的总体有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(89.29%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.403,P=0.036);②两组患者治疗后3个月的生存质量GLQI评分均高于治疗前,其中研究组平均GLQI评分是(90.39±2.48)分,高于对照组的(85.64±3.75)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.725,P<0.001)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆囊炎的临床疗效显著,可改善治疗效果,并提高患者术后生存质量水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gallbladder stones with cholecystitis.Methods The 56 patients with gallbladder stones and cholecystitis diagnosed and treated from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research group and were treated with laparoscopic surgery;56 patients with gallbladder stones and cholecystitis who were admitted to other hospitals and treated with medication were selected in the same period Clinical data,as a control group.Compare the differences in treatment effect and quality of life between the two groups.Results 1.The overall effective rate(100.00%)of patients with gallbladder stones and cholecystitis in the study group was higher than that of the control group(89.29%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.403,P=0.036);2.The GLQI scores of the quality of life of the two groups of patients 3 months after treatment were higher than those before treatment.The average GLQI score of the study group was(90.39±2.48)points,which was higher than the control group(85.64±3.75)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.725,P<0.001).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of gallbladder stones with cholecystitis,which can improve the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
