正畸联合牙周基础治疗在牙周病临床治疗中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Orthodontics Combined with Basic Periodontal Treatment in Clinical Treatment of Periodontal Disease

目的分析正畸联合牙周基础治疗在牙周病临床治疗中的效果。方法在2017年9月—2018年12月期间方便选取研究对象,主要为来该院就诊的50例牙周病患者,患者分组方法为随机数字表法,将其平分为对照组(25例)与观察组(25例)。对照组采用牙周基础治疗,而观察组采用正畸联合牙周基础治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前、治疗半年后各项牙周状况指标、咀嚼效能和GQOL-74评分。结果治疗半年后,观察组的临床总有效率(96.00%)明显高于对照组(72.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.360,P<0.05);同时观察组的龈沟出血指数、牙周探诊深度、菌斑指数、平均附着丧失均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.210、6.290、5.120、11.690,P<0.05);且观察组的咀嚼效能(84.69±3.75)%明显高于对照组(65.39±3.51)%,其生活质量评分(GQOL-74)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.790、9.060,P<0.05)。结论采用正畸联合牙周基础治疗牙周病,能有效提高临床治疗效果,并改善患者的牙周状况。

Objective To analyze the effect of orthodontics combined with basic periodontal treatment in the clinical treatment of periodontal disease.Methods The study subjects were selected from September 2017 to December 2018,mainly 50 patients with periodontal disease who came to the hospital for treatment.The grouping method of the patients was random number table method,and they were divided into the control group(25 cases)and the observation group(25 cases).The control group was treated with basic periodontal therapy,while the observation group was treated with orthodontics combined with basic periodontal therapy.The clinical efficacy,various periodontal status indicators,chewing efficiency and GQOL-74 scoresbefore and after six months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After half a year of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.360,P<0.05);at the same time,the gingival crevicular bleeding index,periodontal probing depth,the plaque index and the average loss of attachment were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.210,6.290,5.120,11.690,P<0.05);and the chewing efficiency(84.69±3.75)%of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(65.39±3.51)%,and the quality of life score(GQOL-74)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.790,9.060,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of orthodontics combined with periodontal basic treatment of periodontal disease can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and improve the patient's periodontal condition.
