优质护理在精神分裂症中的应用效果及对满意度影响分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of High-quality Nursing in Schizophrenia and Its Influence on the Satis faction

目的研讨精神分裂症患者临床护理中优质护理模式的应用及其对患者满意度的影响。方法方便选取2017年10月—2019年10月该院收治的120例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按1∶1比例随机纳入两组,A组(n=60)接受常规护理指导,B组(n=60)在常规指导下引入优质护理理念强化干预,比较两组的护理满意度、症状控制情况。结果B组患者总满意度为96.67%,较A组患者总满意度75.00%提升更显著,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.582,P<0.05)。护理前,两组PANSS量表各项目(偏执、攻击性等)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的思维障碍、反应缺乏评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但B组偏执、抑郁、激活性以及攻击性评分较A组减分均更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者实施优质护理强化干预,能够明显缓解患者的临床症状,促使其生活质量得到进一步改善,同时护理工作也更易获得患者的认可与支持。

Objective To investigate the application of high-quality nursing mode in clinical nursing of schizophrenia patients and its influence on patients'quality of life.Methods Convenient selection 120 patients with schizophrenia admitted in the hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 as research object,they were randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1.Group A(n=60)received conventional nursing guidance and Group B(n=60)introduce the concept of high-quality nursing under the general guidance to strengthen the intervention,and compare the nursing satisfaction and symptom control between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of patients in group B was 96.67%,which was a significant improvement over the total satisfaction of patients in group A of 75.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=11.582,P<0.05).Before the nursing,the scores of each item(paranoia,aggressiveness,etc.)of the PANSS scale were relatively different between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the thinking disorder and lack of response scores of the two groups were basically the same,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);however,the scores of paranoia,depression,activation and aggression in group B were more significant than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing intensive high-quality nursing interventions for patients with schizophrenia can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and further improve their quality of life.At the same time,the nursing work is easier to obtain patient's recognition and support,which is worth recommending.
