分析围手术期护理干预对颅内动脉瘤开颅夹闭术患者康复的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Perioperative Nursing Intervention on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Intracranial Aneurysm Craniotomy

目的探究颅内动脉瘤开颅夹闭术治疗中应用围手术期护理干预对患者康复效果的影响。方法2016年10月—2019年10月在该院收诊的行开颅夹闭术的颅内动脉瘤病例中随机抽选50例,根据护理差异性分组,对照组(常规护理)、研究组(围手术期护理干预),每组25例,以术后恢复指标、并发症发生率、生活质量评分、神经功能缺损评分为观察指标进行对比分析。结果干预后对照组NIHSS评分(15.28±2.57)分,显著高于研究组(9.64±2.49)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.090,P<0.05);干预后对照组ADL评分(61.37±10.25)分显著低于研究组(76.36±9.11)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.992,P<0.05);研究组的康复良好率92.00%优于对照组68.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.500,P<0.05);且并发症发生率研究组8.00%低于对照组36.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.711,P<0.05)。结论针对行开颅夹闭术的颅内动脉瘤患者实施围手术期护理干预,对改善患者康复效果及生活质量具有显著的价值,降低并发症发生风险,促进神经功能及生活能力的提高。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on the rehabilitation effect of patients with intracranial aneurysm craniotomy.Methods From October 2016 to October 201950 cases of intracranial aneurysms undergoing craniotomy were random selected from this hospital.Group(routine nursing),research group(perioperative nursing intervention),25 cases in each group,the postoperative recovery index,complication rate,quality of life score,and neurological deficit score were used for comparative analysis.Results The NIHSS score of the control group after intervention was(15.28±2.57)points,which was significantly higher than that of the study group(9.64±2.49)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.090,P<0.05);the ADL score of the control group after intervention was(61.37±10.25)points.It was lower than the study group(76.36±9.11)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.992,P<0.05);the recovery rate in the study group was 92.00%better than the control group 68.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.500,P<0.05);and the complication rate of study group was 8.00%lower than that of control group 36.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.711,P<0.05).Conclusion Implement perioperative nursing intervention for patients with intracranial aneurysm undergoing craniotomy and clipping,it has significant value in improving the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients,reducing the risk of complications,promoting the improvement of neurological function and living ability.
