腰背肌功能锻炼在腰椎间盘突出症康复护理中的作用

The Role of Back Muscle Functional Training in the Rehabilitation Nursing of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的研究腰背肌功能锻炼在腰椎盘突出症患者康复护理中的作用与价值。方法便利选取2017年10月—2019年10月期间54例腰椎间盘突出症患者,以“奇偶数字表”方式对纳入主体进行交叉分组,设置为对比组(奇数27例,一般护理)和研究组(偶数27例,加强腰背肌功能锻炼),对比分析两组护理干预真实效果。结果研究组总有效率96.30%(26/27)高于对比组70.37%(19/27),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.800,P<0.05);干预后,两组腰椎功能情况4个维度评分均有所提升,研究组提升幅度更大,且研究组显著高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组生活质量4个维度评分均有所提升,研究组提升幅度更大,且研究组显著高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对腰椎间盘突出症患者,在康复护理中加强腰背肌功能锻炼,有助于提升预后效果,更好的改善患者腰椎功能与生活质量。

Objective To study the function and value of lumbar back muscle function exercise in rehabilitation nursing of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods Convenient selec a total of 54 patients with lumbar disc herniation were included from October 2017 to October 2019.The subjects were cross-grouped in the way of"odd and even number table",and were set as the comparison group(27 cases with an odd number for general care)and the study group(27 cases with an even number for strengthening the lumbar back muscle function exercise).The real effect of nursing intervention in the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.30%(26/27)higher than the comparison group of 70.37%(19/27),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.800,P<0.05);after intervention,the lumbar spine function of the two groups was scored in 4 dimensions,both of them have improved,and the research group has a greater improvement,and the research group is significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention,the four dimensions of quality of life in the two groups have improved,and the research group has a greater improvement.And the study group was significantly higher than the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation,strengthening the function of lumbar and back muscles in rehabilitation nursing can help improve the prognosis and better improve the lumbar function and quality of life of patients.
