过敏性皮炎患者加强饮食干预的护理效果研究

Study on the Nursing Effect of Strengthening Diet Intervention for Patients with Allergic Dermatitis

目的研究在护理过敏性皮炎患者的过程中加强饮食干预的效果。方法方便选择该院2019年4月—2020年3月间收治的过敏性皮炎患者94例作为分析对象,通过双盲法将其等分为两组,分别命名为试验组(n=47)及常规组(n=47),其中常规组患者行常规护理,在此基础上试验组患者加强饮食干预。对两组患者临床应用效果、复发率、护理满意度进行比较分析。结果常规组过敏性皮炎患者临床护理总有效率(87.23%)相较于试验组(100.00%)明显更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.451,P=0.035<0.05)。试验组患者过敏性皮炎复发率(2.13%)明显低于常规组(12.77%),但差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.470,P=0.116>0.05)。常规组过敏性皮炎患者护理满意度(82.98%)相较于试验组(97.87%)明显更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.424,P=0.035<0.05)。结论在护理过敏性皮炎患者的过程中加强饮食干预效果较好,在临床护理中值得广泛应用。

Objective To study the effect of strengthening dietary intervention in the process of nursing patients with allergic dermatitis.Methods A total of 94 patients with allergic dermatitis admitted to the hospital between April 2019 and March 2020 were conveniently selected as the analysis objects,and they were divided into two groups by double-blind method and named the experimental group(n=47)and the routine group(n=47),patients in the routine group received routine care,and on this basis,patients in the experimental group strengthened dietary intervention.The clinical application effect,recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of clinical care for patients with allergic dermatitis in the routine group(87.23%)was significantly lower than that in the test group(100.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.451,P=0.035<0.05).The recurrence rate of allergic dermatitis in the experimental group(2.13%)was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(12.77%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=2.470,P=0.116>0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients with allergic dermatitis in the routine group(82.98%)was significantly lower than that in the experimental group(97.87%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.424,P=0.035<0.05).Conclusion It is better to strengthen diet intervention in the process of nursing patients with allergic dermatitis,and it is worthy of wide application in clinical nursing.
