摘要
目的探究小儿慢性胃炎治疗中实施个性化健康教育的临床价值。方法于2018年9月—2019年9月,以随机抽样的方式择取慢性胃炎患儿82例为研究样本,设置分组对照组(41例)、研究组(41例),前者实施常规护理、后者应用个性化健康教育,对比临床效果。结果研究组患儿家属健康知识(疾病病因、诱发因素、用药方法、防预措施)掌握程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.132、8.266、8.586、9.647,P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(95.13%、80.49%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.100,P=0.042<0.05);研究组患儿家属满意度比对照组更高(97.56%、82.93%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.986,P=0.025<0.05)。结论于小儿慢性胃炎治疗中应用个性化护理干预,可增强患儿家属健康知识认知,提高治疗依从性,促进患儿更快康复。
Objective To explore the clinical value of personalized health education in the treatment of children with chronic gastritis.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,after inclusion and exclusion,82 children with chronic gastritis were selected as the research samples by random sampling,and the control group(41 cases)and the study group(41 cases)were set up,the former adopted routine nursing and the latter apply personalized health education to compare clinical effects.Results The study group had better grasp of the health knowledge(disease etiology,predisposing factors,medication methods,prevention measures)of the children’s family members than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.132、8.266、8.586、9.647,P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group wass higher than that of the control group(95.13%and 80.49%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.100,P=0.042<0.05);The satisfaction of family members of children in the study group was higher than that in the control group(97.56%and 82.93%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.986,P=0.025<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing intervention in the treatment of children with chronic gastritis can enhance the cognition of children's family members'health knowledge,improve treatment compliance,and promote faster recovery of children.
