摘要
综述了利用硫酸法制备碳酸锂的方法。将盐湖锂矿或锂云母矿石经过研磨后,在常温下加入硫酸进行酸焙浸取2~3 h,浸取完成后过滤,得到粗的硫酸锂溶液。粗硫酸锂溶液经过净化除杂后,缓慢添加碳酸钠进行沉锂。完成后过滤洗涤,得到工业级碳酸锂,滤液用于浓缩制备硫酸钠晶体。利用此方法制备的工业级碳酸锂满足市场出售要求。
A method of preparing lithium carbonate by sulfuric acid method is summarized.After grinding the salt lake lithium ore or lithium mica ore,acid leaching with sulfuric acid at normal temperature for 2~3 h,filter after leaching to obtain the crude lithium sulfate solution.After purification and impurities removal,the crude lithium sulfate solution is slowly added with sodium carbonate to precipitate lithium.Filtration washing after completion industrial grade lithium carbonate is obtained,and the filtrate is used to concentrate and prepare sodium sulfate crystals.The industrial grade lithium carbonate prepared by this method satisfies the marketing requirements.
