摘要
2019年宁夏全年产生粉煤灰、炉渣、脱硫石膏和煤矸石等工业固废1750余万t,2020年将超过2000万t。为减少宁夏固废中粉煤灰及煤矸石对环境的不利影响,对现有水泥粉煤灰稳定煤矸石碎石的研究进行的综合分析,发现该种材料有很好的应用前景,本文提出了将水泥、粉煤灰、煤矸石按照一定配比共同应用到道路路面基层中代替传统土石混合料的研究方案。水泥粉煤灰稳定煤矸石碎石应用不仅能够减少砂土石的消耗,节约自然资源,而且还能够消耗本地大量的固体废料,实现巨大的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。
In 2019,Ningxia produced more than 17.5 million tons of industrial solid wastes such as fly ash,slag,desulfurized gvpsum and coal gangue,which will exceed 20 million tons in 2020.In order to reduce the adverse effects of fly ash and coal gangue in Ningxia solid waste on the environment,the comprehensive analysis of the research on the existing cement fly ash stabilized coal gangue macadam is carried out,and it isfound that this kind of material has a good application prospect.In this paper,the research scheme of applying cement,fly ash and coal gangue to replace the traditional earth rock mixture in the road base according to a certain proportion is proposed.The application of cement fly ash stabilized gangue macadam can not onlyreduce the consumption of sand and earth,save natural resources.but also consume a large number of local solid waste,and achieve huge economic,environmental and social benefits.
