基于事故链风险分析的方法在安全预评价中的应用

Application of Risk Analysis Method Based on Accident Chain in Safety Pre-Evaluation

安全预评价是工程项目可行性研究阶段实现安全生产“三同时”工作的一个重要环节,风险辨识是预防重特大安全生产事故的“双重预防机制”的重要手段,贯穿于工程项目的全寿命周期,二者都是安全生产事前预防的有效工作,本文结合安全预评价的目的和基于事故链风险辨识的方法,对安全预评价危险有害因素辨识内容提出改进建议。

Safety pre-evaluation is an important link in the realization of"three simultaneity"of safety production in the feasibility study stage of engineering projects.Risk identif ication is an important means of"double prevention mechanism"to prevent serious and very serious work safety accidents.Throughout the whole life cycle of the engineering project,both of them are effective work to prevent production safety in advance.Combined with the aim of safety pre-evaluation and the method based on accident chain risk identif ication,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the identif ication of hazardous factors in safety pre-evaluation.
