直接空冷机组真空下降的原因分析及处理措施

摘要 随着我国电力工业的迅速发展,空冷机组在我国北方富煤少水地区得到了广泛的应用。大型空冷机组的长时间运行,增大了真空系统漏气的几率,直接空冷机组真空下降会导致机组的运行效率下降,增加煤炭的消耗,同时也会影响机组的安全运行,影响火电厂的正常运行。因此,维持直接空冷机组的真空是确保真空机组安全运行的基础。本文分析了引起直接空冷机组真空下降的主要原因,并提出了预防直接空冷机组真空下降的措施,以供参考。 With the rapid development of China's power industry,air-cooled units have been widely used in the areas rich in coal and low in water.The long-term operation of large-scale air-cooled units increases the probability of air leakage in the vacuum system.The vacuum drop of direct air-cooled units will lead to the decrease of unit operation eff iciency,increase of coal consumption,and affect the safe operation of units and normal operation of thermal power plants.Therefore,maintaining the vacuum of direct air cooling unit is the basis of ensuring the safe operation of vacuum unit.This paper analyzes the main causes of the vacuum drop of the direct air-cooled unit,and puts forward the measures to prevent the vacuum drop of the direct air-cooled unit for reference.
