摘要
筛分机是冶金、煤炭、矿山等诸行业中不可缺少的物料分级设备,其中椭圆筛是很有效率的一种筛分机。随着机械设备往大型化、高效化的方向发展,设备的加工问题也逐步显现。本文介绍因设备能力有限一种双轴自同步椭圆筛无法镗孔的解决办法。试验方案结果表明,实际操作中避开筛箱变形和起吊重心不稳的风险,对每个环节的层层把控,椭圆筛的镗孔加工问题最终得到有效的解决。
The screening machine is an indispensable material grading equipment in metallurgy,coal,mining and other industries.Among them,the elliptical screen is a screening machine with high efficiency.With the development of construction machinery and mining machinery products in the direction of large-scale and high efficiency,the processing problems of mechanical products of small and medium-sized enterprises have gradully emerged.This paper introduces a solution to the problem that the biaxial self-synchronizing ellipse screen cannot be bored due to the limited processing capacity of the equipment.The results of the test program show that the actual operation avoids the risk of screen box deformation and lifting the center of gravity instability,controls the layers of each link,and finally solves the problem of elliptical screen boring.
