基于机器视觉的船舶水尺测量

摘要 本文拟采用机器视觉的相关技术,针对目前大型船舶货物交接主要依赖人工观测计重存在的弊端,进行船舶吃水值自动读取系统的研究和产品开发,其中的关键技术在于船舶六面吃水线的提取,船舶水尺字符的识别,以及根据船舶相关图表计算船舶载货重量的研究。根据近几年国内外关于机器视觉在船舶吃水线检测的研究和字符识别技术的发展与应用,开发一套基于机器视觉的船舶水尺自动计重系统,最终实现对船舶水尺的自动识别和计重处理。 This paper intends to use the related technology of machine vision,aiming at the disadvantage that the cargo transfer of large ships mainly depends on manual observation and weight measurement,the research and product development of automatic draft reading system for ships are carried out,among which the key technologies are the extraction of the ship's six waterlines,the recognition of the ship's draft characters,and the research of calculating the ship's cargo weight according to the ship's relevant charts.According to the research of ship waterline detection based on machine vision and the development and application of character recognition technology at home and abroad in recent years,a set of automatic weight measurement system of ship draft based on machine vision is developed,and the automatic recognition and weight processing of ship draft are finally realized.
