多语言同步学习和创新互译项目旨在营造一个汉、英、日、德、朝鲜五种(或5种以上)语言同步互译系统并创建多种语言内容融文字、声音、图像等元素于一体的学习平台,同时利用新时代信息化手段打造多语互译交流转换器,并把它嵌入各大社交软件(如微信、QQ、Facebook、Twitter等)。用户通过此平台可以互动学习多种外语和获得多种语言互译内容,进而实现互联网+、多语同步、学译结合、通用全球的目的。同时也为实现高校要做强大外语,培养精通一门外语、会多门外语沟通的“一精多会”的国际化复合型外语人才和为培养掌握一种专业、具有多种外语能力的“一专多能”的复合型专业人才的教育战略目标提供强大支撑。

The project aims to build a simultaneous translation system of five(or more)languages,including Chinese,English,Japanese,German and Korean,and a learning platform integrating text,sound,image and other elements of multi language content,and to build a multi language translation exchange converter by means of information technology in the new era,and embed it into social software(such as wechat,QQ,Facebook,twitter,etc.).Through this platform,users can learn many foreign languages and translate content in multiple languages,thus achieving the goal of universal Internet plus,multi lingual synchronization and translation.At the same time,it also provides a strong support for the realization of the educational strategic goal of making a strong foreign language in Colleges and universities,training international compound foreign language talents who are proficient in one foreign language and can communicate with multiple foreign languages,and training compound professional talents who master one specialty and have multiple foreign language abilities.
