铁路专业教学中培养学生职业核心能力的策略研究

Strategy Research on Training Students'Professional Core Competence in Railway Specialty Teaching

加快培养铁路高技能人才核心素质,是实现铁路现代化发展的需要,也是积极推进铁路职业院校改革发展、提高办学水平的需要。本文结合铁路专业的实际情况,首先概括了铁路专业学生的职业核心能力内涵,再基于此从优化课程、教学模式以及技术比武三方面提出了职业核心能力培养的教学策略,为该专业的教学提供参考,培养出一大批更为优秀的铁路职业人才。。

Accelerating the cultivation of the core quality of highly skilled railway personnel is not only the need to realize the modernization of railway,but also the need to actively promote the reform and development of railway vocational colleges and improve the level of running schools.Combined with the actual situation of railway major,this paper first summarizes the connotation of professional core competence of railway major students,and then based on this,puts forward the teaching strategies of cultivating professional core competence from three aspects of optimizing curriculum,teaching mode and technical competition,so as to provide reference for the teaching of the major and cultivate a large number of more excellent railway professional talents.
