“双创”的人才培养核心是“以生为本”。本文首先分析了建设高职“双创”技术人才培养体系的重要意义,指出培养“双创”人才是对接国际技术人才培养趋势的关键,可以激发高职院校的教育活力,帮助解决学生未来就业问题,然后分析高职技术人才培养体系与“双创”理念相悖的问题及相应的解决策略,为推进新时代技能型人才培养提供参考。

The core of talent training of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"is"student oriented".This paper first analyzes the significance of building the"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"technical personnel training system in higher vocational education,and points out that the cultivation of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"talents is the key to the international technical personnel training trend,which can stimulate the educational vitality of Higher Vocational Colleges and help solve the future employment problem of students,and then analyzes the problem of the contradiction between the higher vocational technical personnel training system and the"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"concept and the corresponding solutions to provide reference for promoting the training of skilled talents in the new era.
