机电一体化技术在工程机械中的应用

摘要 世界经济发展日新月异,越来越多的新技术开始进入到了我们的视野,其应用范围也越来越广泛,在此过程中,多学科共融的趋势也日益明显,对于相关领域的变革有着十分重要的推动意义。而从机械工程领域来讲,伴随着计算机技术以及微电子技术发展速度的加快,机械工程的管理方式、产品功能、生产模式、技术体系也都在发生着变化,传统的机械电气化工业模式正在逐渐向机电一体化工业模式转化。机电一体化技术具有较强的综合性,它不仅是一门独立的学科,与此同时,也是一门涉及面较广的学科。随着科学技术的发展以及国家经济发展速度的加快,机电一体化技术中电子计算机技术、信息技术、微电子技术、自动控制技术的应用也越来越广泛。本文就从机电一体化技术的发展过程出发,对机电一体化技术包含的内容,在工程机械中的应用价值以及应用范围几个方面出发进行了具体研究。 With the rapid development of the world economy,more and more new technologies begin to enter our vision,and their application scope is more and more extensive.In this process,the trend of multi-disciplinary integration is increasingly obvious,which has a very important significance to promote the reform of related fields.In the field of mechanical engineering,with the rapid development of computer technology and microelectronics technology,the management mode,product function,production mode and technical system of mechanical engineering are also changing.The traditional industrial mode of mechanical electrification is gradually transforming into the industrial mode of mechanical and electrical integration.Mechatronics technology has strong comprehensiveness.It is not only an independent subject,but also a wide range of subjects.With the development of science and technology and the acceleration of national economic development,the application of electronic computer technology,information technology,microelectronics technology and automatic control technology in mechatronics technology is more and more extensive.Starting from the development process of mechatronics technology,this paper studies the contents,application value and application scope of mechatronics technology in construction machinery.
