烟包补充到位检测装置的设计及应用

Design and Application of Cigarette Pack Supplement in Place Detection Device

为解决GDX2包装机CH小盒油封机输出转塔烟包补充不到位或未补充,发生烟包卡堵造成转塔变形、机件损坏及烟条缺包等质量问题。我们对该机构进行分析研究,设计CH小包油封机烟包补充识别装置,实现烟包补充到位动态检测报警功能;考虑到操作人员误操作等情况,设置了自动防差错功能。该装置运行可靠,稳定,保证了设备的安全运行,消除了质量安全隐患。

In order to solve the quality problems,such as the deformation of the turret,the damage of the machine parts and the lack of the cigarette pack caused by the cigarette package jam,the output turret cigarette package of the CH small box oil seal machine of GDX2 packaging machine was not in place or not supplemented.We analyzed and studied the mechanism,designed the cigarette bag supplement recognition device of CH small package oil seal machine,realized the dynamic detection and alarm function of cigarette bag supplement in place;considering the misoperation of operators,the automatic error prevention function was set.The device runs reliably and stably,which ensures the safe operation of the equipment and eliminates the hidden danger of quality and safety.
