需求开发和需求管理在核电型号项目中的应用研究

针对某核电自主化开发型号项目,在项目开始时启动需求工程,分析需求开发与需求管理过程,演示和指导典型工具软件的应用,指导型号需求开发与需求管理过程的建立,并形成型号需求开发与需求管理指南文件,解决型号研制过程中存在的和需求相关的(需求不完整、需求来源不唯一、需求分配不规范、需求变更无管理等)一些问题。

For a nuclear power independent development model project,start the requirements engineering at the beginning of the project,analyze the process of demand development and demand management,demonstrate and guide the application of typical tool software,guide the establishment of model requirement development and demand management process,and form the model requirement development and requirement management guide document,so as to solve the problems existing in the process of model development and demand related.(There are some problems,such as incomplete requirements,non unique source of requirements,non-standard distribution of requirements,no management of requirements changes,etc.)
