随着互联网通信技术的发展,5G时代已经全面到来,这必然会对我国经济社会的发展产生重大影响。在5G背景下,高职院校大学生的就业机会不断增多。在5G的影响下,高职院校大学生的就业环境也逐步得到优化。同时,在5G背景下,高职院校人才培养就业工作也要随之转变。高职院校要对传统的就业创业工作进行创新和实践,提高人才培养的质量;以社会需求为导向,实现人才培养目标和企业需要的精准服务;利用好5G优势,构建常态的就业工作机制。高职院校只有充分利用好5G的优势,才能真正地做好学生就业服务工作,实现人才培养目标,推动高职院校人才培养就业的发展。

With the development of Internet communication technology,5G era has come in an all-round way,which will inevitably have a signif icant impact on the economic and social development of China.Under the background of 5G,the employment opportunities of higher vocational col lege students are increasing.Under the inf luence of 5G,the employment environment of higher vocational college students has been gradually optimized.At the same time,under the background of 5G,the work of talent cultivation and employment in higher vocational colleges should also change accordingly.Higher vocational colleges should innovate and practice the traditional employment and entrepreneurship work to improve the quality of personnel training;take the social demand as the guidance to realize the talent training objectives and the precise service needed by enterprises;make good use of 5G advantages to build a normal employment mechanism.Only by making full use of the advantages of 5G,can higher vocational colleges really do a good job in the service of students'employment,achieve the goal of personnel training,and promote the development of talent cultivation and employment in higher vocational colleges.
