Innovation of Learning Support Service Mode in Open Education

互联网时代背景下的开放教育是一种不受时空限制的新型教育模式,其所具有的灵活多样的优势使其受到了越来越多学习者的欢迎。对于远程开放教育而言,学习支持服务是其健康发展的最为有利的保障,因此需要不断地对支持服务方式进行创新。本文首先对开放教育学习支持服务方式进行概述,然后指出了开放教育学习支持服务方式面临的现实困境,之后探讨了开放教育学习支持服务方式创新的原则,最后以学前教育专业为例,探讨了开放教育学习支持服务的创新途径。期待本文的研究能够为开放教育体系的完善和服务方式的创新提供可资借鉴的参考。

Under the background of the Internet era,open education is a new education mode without space-time constraints.Its flexible and diverse advantages make it popular with more and more learners.As far as distance open education is concerned,learning support service is the most favorable guarantee for its healthv development,so it is necessary to innovate the support service mode constantly.This paper first summarizes the learning support service mode of open education,and then points out the practical difficulties faced by the learning support service mode of open education,and then discusses the principles of innovation of learning support service mode of open education.Finally,taking preschool education major as an example,it discusses the innovation ways of learning support service in open education.It is expected that this study can provide reference for the improvement of open education system and the innovation of service mode.
