北京市海淀区大学生足球裁判员培养模式研究

Research on the Training Model of Football Referees for College Students in Haidian District of Beijing

培养合格的足球裁判员是发展足球事业的重要方面之一,北京市海淀区有培养杰出足球裁判员的优良传统,为国家和北京市输送了大量裁判人才。该文通过文献资料法、访谈法、观察法和数理统计法对海淀区大学生足球裁判员培养模式进行研究,为负责选拔和培养青年裁判员的有关部门提供建议和参考。研究表明,海淀区培养大学生足球裁判员具有明显的优势,建议政府部门要提供有力保障;拓宽宣传渠道,充分利用网络等新媒体平台招收裁判学员、普及裁判知识;丰富培训方式,重视日常培养。

Training qualified football referees is one of the important aspects of the development of football.Haidian district of Beijing has a good tradition of cultivating outstanding referees,and has provided a large number of referees for the country and Beijing.The paper studies the training mode of college football referees in Haidian district by means of literature,interview,observation and mathematical statistics,and provides suggestions and references for the relevant departments responsible for training and selecting young referees.The research shows that Haidian district has obvious advantages in training college football referees.It is suggested that government departments should provide strong protection.Improve the teaching content of football referees and pay attention to the training of comprehensive quality.Broaden the publicity channels,make full use of the network and other new media platforms to recruit referees and popularize referees'knowledge.Enrich the training methods and pay attention to daily training.
