深化产教融合是应用型地方高校改革发展的必然之势,社会体育管理与指导专业作为我国体育事业后备人才培养的重要阵地,在产教融合发展过程中即遇到了机遇也遇到了挑战。该文从应用型地方高校出发,针对社会体育管理与指导专业在产教融合过程中遇到的融合深度不够、企业选择不合理、制度保障不力等问题,探讨相应的改进策略。

Deepening the integration of production and education is an inevitable trend in the reform and development of application-oriented local colleges and universities.As an important position for the cultivation of reserve talents for sports in China,the social sports management and guidance major has encountered both opportunities and challenges in the process of the integration of production and education.The paper starts from application-oriented local colleges,aiming at the problems of insufficient integration depth,irrational choice of enterprises,and inadequate system guarantees in the process of the integration of production and education in social sports management and guidance majors,the corresponding improvement strategies are discussed.
