摘要 目的探讨DNA聚合酶ε的第二大亚基(POLE2)基因在肺癌组织中的表达及与肺癌患者临床资料的相关性。方法收集2017年7月至2017年12月于唐都医院胸外科实施肺癌根治术的肺癌患者的肺癌组织及癌旁组织,共20对,详细记录纳入患者的一般资料及临床病理信息。采用免疫组织化学法(IHC)进行POLE2基因表达水平的检测;分析POLE2基因表达水平与患者的性别、年龄、吸烟史、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化程度等的关系。结果20例患者的肿瘤组织中,POLE2基因在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率为80.0%,高于癌旁组织的15.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。POLE2基因的表达水平与患者的一般资料(性别、年龄、吸烟史)、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化程度等无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论POLE2基因在肺癌组织中的表达程度明显高于正常癌旁组织,与肿瘤病理特征未见明显相关性。POLE2基因可能成为未来治疗肺癌的一个潜在靶点,值得临床进一步研究。 Objective To investigate the expression of the second largest subunit of DNA polymeraseε(POLE2)in lung cancer tissues and its correlation with clinical data of patients with lung cancer.Methods The lung cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of 20 pairs of patients who underwent radical resection of lung cancer in the thoracic surgery department of Tangdu hospital from July 2017 to December 2017 were collected,and the general data and clinicopathological information of the included patients were recorded in detail.The expression level of POLE2 gene was detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC);the relationship between POLE2 gene expression level and gender,age,smoking history,tumor size,tumor differentiation and so on were analyzed.Results In the tumor tissues of 20 patients,the positive expression rate of POLE2 gene in lung cancer tissues was 80.0%,which was higher than 15.0%in adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant correlation between the expression level of POLE2 gene and the general information(gender,age and smoking history),tumor size,tumor differentiation degree and so on(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression level of POLE2 gene in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal adjacent tissues,and there was no significant correlation between POLE2 gene and tumor pathological characteristics.POLE2 gene may become a potential target for the treatment of lung cancer in the future,which is worthy of further clinical research.
