托瑞米芬联合平消胶囊治疗中重度乳腺增生的临床效果

Clinical effect of toremifene combined with Pingxiao capsule in the treatment of moderate and severe breast hyperplasia

目的探讨托瑞米芬联合平消胶囊治疗中重度乳腺增生的临床效果。方法将2018年10月至2019年10月我院收治的180例中重度乳腺增生患者随机分A组(60例,托瑞米芬+平消胶囊)、B组(60例,托瑞米芬)和C组(60例,平消胶囊)。比较三组的治疗效果。结果A组的治疗总有效率明显高于B、C组,复发率明显低于B、C组(P<0.05)。治疗后,A组的血清E2、PRL水平明显低于B、C组,血清P、T水平明显高于B、C组(P<0.05)。A、C组的不良反应总发生率明显低于B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,A组乳腺疼痛评分、乳腺厚度明显低于B、C组(P<0.05)。结论托瑞米芬联合平消胶囊治疗中重度乳腺增生的临床效果显著,可改善激素水平,降低复发率,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of toremifene combined with Pingxiao capsule in the treatment of moderate and severe breast hyperplasia.Methods A total of 180 patients with moderate and severe breast hyperplasia addmitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into group A(60 cases,toremifene+Pingxiao capsule),group B(60 cases,toremifene)and group C(60 cases,Pingxiao capsule).The therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the group A was significantly higher than that of the group B and the group C,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the group B and the group C(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum E2 and PRL levels in the group A were significantly lower than those in the group B and the group C,and serum P and T levels were significantly higher than those in the group B and the group C(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the group A and the group C was significantly lower than that in the group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the breast pain score and breast thickness in the group A were significantly lower than those in the group B and the group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Toremifene combined with Pingxiao capsule in the treatment of moderate and severe breast hyperplasia has a significant clinical effect,it can improve hormone levels,reduce the recurrence rate,and has high safety.
