Objective To investigate the influences of dual-heart nursing model based on timing theory on psychological state,self-management ability and coping style of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted and underwent PCI from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing intervention)and observation group(routine nursing+dual-heart nursing model based on timing theory)by digital method, with 46 cases in each group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the CSMS and GSES scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the CSQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The dual-heart nursing model based on the timing theory is helpful to improving the mental state and coping styles of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI,and it can improve their self-management ability, and which is worthy of promotion.
