健康教育路径护理对肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者心理压力及依从性影响

Effects of health education pathway nursing on psychological pressure and compliance of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的探讨健康教育路径护理对肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者心理压力及依从性影响。方法选择120例肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,采用抓阄随机化分组法将其分为观察组(60例,常规护理+健康教育路径护理)和对照组(60例,常规护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对疾病知识了解度、遵医依从性、护理服务满意度均高于对照组,再出血率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理1、3个月后,观察组的远期心理压力自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径护理对肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者的护理效果显著,可提高患者的自我护理能力和遵医依从性,缓解其心理压力,降低再出血率。

Objective To explore the effects of health education pathway nursing on psychological pressure and compliance of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 120 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group(60 cases,conventional nursing+health education pathway nursing)and control group(60 cases,conventional nursing)using lottery randomization grouping method.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the evaluation of self-care ability scale(ESCA)score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The understanding of disease knowledge,medical compliance and nursing service satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the rebleeding rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months after nursing,the scores of long-term self rating psychological stress scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education pathway nursing on patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding has a significant care effect,which can improve the self-care ability and medical compliance of patients,relieve their psychological pressure and reduce the rebleeding rate.
