“临证优选法”在中医临床医师规范化培训中的应用效果

Application effect of"optimizing selection based on syndrome"in the standardized training of TCM clinicians

目的探讨“临证优选法”在中医临床医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法将参加陕西省中医医院规培的88名学生随机分为研究组(44名,“临证优选”培训)与对照组(44名,按大纲要求培训)。比较两组出科考试成绩、试题成绩、专家组面试及患者满意度评分。结果研究组专家组面试评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组经典背诵及实战考核评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“临证优选法”可提高学生中医基础及处理实际问题能力,有利于中医临床医师的培养。

Objective To explore the application effect of"optimizing selection based on syndrome"in the standardized training of TCM clinicians.Methods A total of 88 students who participated in the standardized training of Shaanxi traditional Chinese medicine hospital were randomly divided into study group(44 cases,"optimizing selection based on syndrome"training)and control group(44 cases,training according to the outline).The examination result,test scores,expert group interview scores and patients'satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results The expert group interview score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of classic recitation and actual combat assessment in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"optimizing selection based on syndrome"can improve students'TCM foundation and ability to deal with practical problems,which is conducive to the cultivation of TCM clinicians.
