摘要
随着有限元技术的发展,轨道交通技术也在与时俱进。文章主要通过对轨道车的钢结构车体和底架的焊接和螺栓连接进行了对比,着重在车体强度和刚度方面进行分析。通过相关轨道车标准进行有限元仿真分析,从而得出有说服力的证据。在轨道车车体钢结构设计研发方面提供有力依据,为未来模块化研发设计奠定技术基础,从而使工程师在设计相似的轨道车辆车体钢结构方面用作参考。
With the development of finite element technology,rail transit is also advancing with the times.This paper mainly compares the welding and bolting of the steel body and underframe of the rail car,focusing on the analysis of the strength and stiffness of the car body.The finite element simulation analysis is carried out through the relevant rail car standards,so as to draw convincing evidence,provide a strong basis for the design and development of the rail car body steel structure,and lay the technical foundation for future modular research and development design,thereby to ensure that engineers can use it as a reference in designing similar rail car body steel structures.
