摘要
针对传统流量计在测量流体流速时存在安装繁琐,维护率高等问题,文章设计了新型的基于多普勒原理的超声波流量计系统。该系统以飞思卡尔MK60为开发平台,主要设计了超声波高速功率发射电路、信号时变增益放大电路,保证数据的有效性。软件上基于μC/OS III多任务操作系统的应用,有效的提高系统效率。外夹式的安装方式使得管道内的流体不受干扰,安装、拆卸简便,不影响现场工艺流程。
In order to solve the problems of tedious installation and high maintenance rate of traditional Flowmeter in measuring fluid velocity,a new ultrasonic Flowmeter system based on Doppler principle is designed in this paper.The system takes Freescale MK60 as the development platform,and mainly designs the ultrasonic high-speed power transmission circuit and the signal time-varying gain amplifier circuit to ensure the validity of the data.The software is based on the application ofμC/OS III multitasking operating system,which can effectively improve the efficiency of the system.The external clamp installation mode makes the fluid in the pipe undisturbed,easy to install and disassemble,and does not affect the on-site technological process.
