储能式站用直流电源

摘要 站用直流系统中的蓄电池作为备用电源,对保障站用直流安全起着重要作用。站用交流停电的几率很小,蓄电池基本处于浮充备用状态。一方面大量的电池在“躺着睡觉”,电池的能量未得到有效利用。另一方面,端电压与容量无对应关系,即使性能很差的蓄电池在浮充状态下也可能测得合格的电压。因此,我们很难掌握蓄电池处于浮充状态下的健康状况。为此投入大量人力、设备每年进行全容量的人工核容试验。即便如此,在核容周期内,仍然存在蓄电池故障而无法及时发现导致的直流电源失电事故。文章介绍的储能式站用电源,可以克服这两个缺点,充分利用蓄电池的能量。同时,结合光伏、风力发电等新能源在变电站的应用,实现变电站自身的节能降耗。在峰谷电价差较大的地区,还可以配备大容量储能电池与直流系统结合起来,获得一定的效益。 Battery string is the back-up power for DC power supply and it's very important for the safe operation of substations.The AC power supply seldom fails,so the batteries are mostly in float charging.So many batteries are"sleeping"and their energy can't be used.On the other side,battery string voltage has no relations with capacity.Even bad battery's voltage is normal when in float charging,and so it's difficult to know the battery state of health.Every year we spend a lot of human resources in checking the capacity of batteries.But there is still DC power failure during the checking period of battery capacity.This paper introduces a kind of power supply of energy storage,which can overcome both shortages and fully use the battery energy.Based on the application of PV and wind power,substations can decrease their energy consumption.In some areas the peak valley prices of electricity are much different,we can obtain benefits if we equip large capacity batteries with the DC power supply.
