新型气井智能间歇生产控制装置及其应用

气井生产后期需要频繁进行间歇生产,根据对现有井口紧急截断装置的升级改造,研发了一种新型远程间歇生产控制装置,同时具备紧急截断和间歇控制功能,可实现中、高压条件下手动、自动以及时间间歇和压力间歇四种模式的气井开关。介绍了装置的结构原理和使用要求,现场应用表明新装置运行操作方便,稳定可靠,能够满足生产远程控制管理要求,显著降低操作成本,减少人工上井的劳动强度和对生态环境的影响。

Gas wells need frequent intermittent production in the later stage of production.Based on the upgrade and transformation of the existing wellhead emergency interception device,a new type of remote intermittent production control device has been developed,which has both emergency interception and intermittent control functions.It can realize gas well switching under four modes of manual,automatic,time intermittent and pressure intermittent under medium and high pressure conditions.The structure principle and use requirements of the device are introduced.The field application shows that the new device is easy,stable and reliable to operate,there by can meet the requirements of remote control management in production,and significantly reduce operating costs,labor intensity and footprint impact on the ecological environment.
