体育活动对自闭症谱系障碍干预效果的meta分析 被引量:5

摘要 文章系统评价体育活动干预方法对自闭症谱系障碍个体的干预效果,为自闭症个体的康复训练提供参考。对2010年1月1日年至2019年1月1日国内外发表的有关体育活动对自闭症个体干预的随机对照试验进行筛选,最终纳入13篇文献,累计实验组260例,对照组293例。运用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析,根据异质性检验结果选择固定效应模型或随机效应模型,计算SMD值及95%CI,评估发表偏倚,进行敏感性分析。合并效应量结果显示,体育活动干预可提高自闭症个体的感知觉能力、语言能力、运动技能、自我能力,减少不良行为,但是对于提高自闭症个体社交技能效果不显著。结论:体育活动干预方法能改善自闭症个体感知觉能力、语言能力、运动技能、自我能力,减少其不良行为,但是不鼓励单独使用体育活动干预方法来管理自闭症个体的核心特征,可将体育活动干预的方法作为其他综合干预和教育干预的组成部分,同时应该针对自闭症个体的个别特征采取个别化的干预整合方案。
