摘要
依据《实验室质量控制利用统计质量保证和控制图技术评价分析测量系统的性能》(GB/T 27407—2010)及《食品安全国家标准食品中铅的测定(第一法)》(GB 5009.12—2010)中铅的测定-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法,按时间顺序对生物成分标准物质GBW10020(柑橘叶)及GBW10048(芹菜)进行测量,通过多组数据绘质控图、频率分布直方图和正态曲线。质量控制统计图模板的建立和推广使用,为实验室检测结果的准确性和稳定性的评价体系建立提供支撑。
To evaluate and analyze measurement system performance(GB/T 27407—2010)and determination of lead in food(first method,GB5009)based on laboratory quality control application of statistical quality assurance and control chart techniques.It has taken the determination of lead in the certified quality control samples GBW10020(citrus leaves)and GBW10048(celeries)as an example.By graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry(GFAAS),for acquiring the data,the average standard-deviation control chart,frequency distribution histogram and normal curve were drawn by multiple groups of test data.An application model of quality control chart for monitoring trace heavy metal lead in agricultural products was established,which provided a basis for the accuracy of detection results and laboratory ability.
