摘要
桑枝是蚕桑产业大宗副产物。近年来,桑枝功能性成分、栽培食用菌及改性利用等研究取得了新进展,为综合开发利用提供了新途径。桑枝的利用在资源收集、技术熟化、比较效益等方面存在劣势,使产业化开发受阻,需进一步探索。
Mulberry branches are the major by-products of sericulture industry.In recent years,there have been many new advances in the study of mulberry branches,such as functional components,cultivation of edible fungi and modified utilization,which provides a new way for comprehensive development and utilization.The utilization of mulberry branch has disadvantages in resource collection,technology maturity and comparative benefit,which hinders the industrial development and needs further exploration.
