摘要
探讨了利用新鲜南果梨加工南果梨果酒、南果梨清汁、南果梨酵素饮料及南果梨果醋等制品的加工工艺、技术要点和质量标准,对提高南果梨产业经济效益和市场效益具有重要的现实意义。
This paper discussed the processing technology,technical points and quality standards of Nanguo pear wine,Nanguo pear juice,Nanguo pear enzyme beverage and Nanguo pear vinegar by using fresh Nanguo pear.It was of great practical significance to improve the economic and market benefits of Nanguo pear industry.
