高效液相色谱法测定枸杞中的黄曲霉毒素 被引量:2

摘要 建立高效液相色谱法-柱后光化学衍生检测枸杞中黄曲霉毒素B1,B2,G1,G2的含量。样品以体积分数为70%的甲醇水溶液提取,经免疫亲和柱净化,通过高效液相色谱-柱后光化学衍生法检测样品含量。结果表明,在该色谱条件下4种黄曲霉毒素的标曲线性R2均大于0.9999,回收率89.1%~98.8%,黄曲霉毒素B1,B2,G1,G2的检出限分别为0.03,0.01,0.03,0.01μg/kg;黄曲霉毒素B1,B2,G1,G2的定量限分别为0.10,0.03,0.10,0.03μg/kg。该方法操作简单、回收率高、结果可靠,适用于枸杞中黄曲霉毒素的检验。 To establish a HPLC method for the determination of aflatoxin B1,B2,G1,G2 in Lycium barbarum L.The sample was extracted with 70%methanol solution,purified by immunoaffinity column,and detected by HPLC with post column photochemical derivatization.Under the chromatographic conditions,the standard curve linear R2 of the four aflatoxins were all greater than 0.9999,and the recoveries were 89.1%~98.8%.The detection limits of aflatoxins B1,B2,G1 and G2 were 0.03,0.01,0.03 and 0.01μg/kg,respectively.The limits of quantification of aflatoxins B1,B2,G1 and G2 were 0.10,0.03,0.10 and 0.03μg/kg,respectively.The method was simple,with high recovery and reliable results.It was suitable for the determination of aflatoxin in Lycium barbarum.
