摘要
目的构建护理硕士专业学位研究生临床指导教师岗位胜任力评价指标体系。方法主要采用文献回顾法、问卷调查法和行为事件访谈法初步构建指标体系,采用德尔菲法对21名专家进行2轮专家咨询,对指标进行筛选和修改,确定护理硕士专业学位研究生临床指导教师岗位胜任力评价指标体系。结果2轮专家函询积极系数分别为84.0%、95.2%,专家权威程度分别为0.857、0.902,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.320、0.480(均P<0.001)。最终确定了6个一级指标、19个二级指标和40个三级指标。结论护理硕士专业学位研究生临床指导教师岗位胜任力评价指标体系具有较好的科学性和可靠性,值得推广。
Objective To construct the competency evaluation index system of clinical mentors with master of nursing specialist.Methods Literature review,questionnaire survey,and behavioral event interview were used to initially construct the index system.Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation for 21 experts,and the indicators were screened and modified to determine the competency evaluation index system.Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 84.0%and 95.2%respectively.The degree of expert authority was 0.857 and 0.902.The Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.320 and 0.480 respectively(P<0.001).Finally,6 first level indexes,19 second level indexes and 40 third level indexes were determined.Conclusion The competency evaluation index system of clinical instructors with master of nursing specialist is scientific and reliable,which can provide reference for the selection and training of clinical instructors.
