摘要
目的系统评价护理专业教师人文关怀认知与体验,为教师实施人文关怀及开展相关教育提供参考。方法根据ENTREQ指南,基于SPIDER模型构建问题并制订纳入和排除标准,检索国内外数据库中关于护理专业教师人文关怀认知与体验的质性研究,检索时间均为建库至2020年1月31日,采用JBI-QARI对纳入文献进行方法学质量评价,采取主题综合的方法归纳总结护理专业教师人文关怀体验。结果共纳入文献9篇,提炼60个研究结果,归纳形成10个新类别,得出3个结果:教师人文关怀能力的重要性及形成因素;教师感受到来自自我、同事、学生和组织机构的人文关怀;教师对学生的关怀表现形式。结论相关机构应重视和了解教师人文关怀体验,采取针对性的措施提升和改善护理专业教师人文关怀体验,以便教师为学生提供更好的人文关怀指导。
Objective To systematically evaluate the perspectives and experiences of nursing educator with caring.Methods According to the ENTREQ guideline,both Chinese and English databases were searched from inception to January 31,2020,to search the qualitative studies on perspectives and experiences of nursing educator with caring.The quality of included studies was evaluated according to JBI Qualitative Assessment and Review Instrument.A thematic synthesis was undertaken to develop descriptive themes.Results A total of 9 articles were included and 10 new categories were formed.Three integrated findings were obtained as follows:the importance and influencing factors of caring ability of nursing educator;the caring experienced by educator from themselves,colleagues,students,and organizations;and caring forms of nursing educator.Conclusion Institutions should pay attention to the caring experience of nursing educator,and take action to improve the caring experience of nursing educator so that they can provide better caring education for nursing students.
