心血管专科护士岗位胜任力模型的构建 被引量:16

摘要 目的构建心血管专科护士岗位胜任力模型。方法归纳整理专科护士岗位胜任力相关文献,对5名心血管专家、5名表现优秀和5名表现一般的心血管专科护士进行访谈并提炼主题,编制函询问卷,用德尔菲法对20名专家进行2轮函询。结果第1轮函询问卷有效回收率为95%(19/20);第2轮函询问卷有效回收率为100%(19/19)。构建的心血管专科护士岗位胜任力模型包含专业知识、专业技能、相关专业能力、职业特质4个一级指标,18个二级指标(12个为基准胜任力特征、6个为鉴别胜任力特征)。19名专家的权威系数为0.88;模型的一级指标变异系数为0~0.11,二级指标变异系数为0~0.17。结论心血管专科护士岗位胜任力模型结果可靠,区分了基准胜任力特征和鉴别胜任力特征,为心血管专科护士选拔、培训、考核、认证提供科学依据。 Objective To establish the competency model for cardiovascular specialty nurses.Methods Related studies of the competency of specialty nurses were searched and summarized.Interviews were conducted among 5 cardiovascular experts,5 excellent nurses,and 5 general nurses in the cardiovascular department.A consultation questionnaire was prepared and 2 rounds of letter consultation was conducted among 20 experts.Results The effective response rate of the first round of questionnaire consultation was 95%.In the second round,the effective response rate was 100%.The established competency model consisted of 4 first-level indicators including professional knowledge,professional skills,relevant professional abilities,and professional traits,and 18 second-level indicators(12 of them are benchmark competency characteristics and 6 of them are identification competency characteristics).The expert authority coefficient was 0.88.The coefficient of variation of primary index was 0~0.11 and that of secondary index was 0~0.17.Conclusion The competency model is reliable and it can distinguish the basic competency characteristics and identify the competency characteristics.It can provide scientific basis for the selection,training,assessment,and certification of cardiovascular nurses.
