摘要
介孔材料被广泛运用于分子分离、气体储存与吸附等领域.利用手性介孔硅对外消旋体的选择性,可实现对手性药物的拆分.本文以阳离子非手性表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板,合成具有二维六方螺旋结构的手性介孔硅.将其用作气相色谱固定相,对包含酯、醛、酸、酮、醇和氨基酸衍生物在内的9种手性物质进行拆分.另外,芳香烃、混烷、混醇、异构体在该手性介孔硅毛细管柱上也达到了不同程度的分离.
Mesoporous materials are widely used in molecular separation,gas storage and adsorption.Chiral mesoporous silica gel can separate chiral drugs because of the enantioselectivity.Chiral mesoporous silicon with two⁃dimensional hexagonal structure was synthesized using cationic achiral surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)as a template.Nine chiral compounds including esters,aldehydes,acids,ketones,alcohols and amino acid derivatives were resolved by using it as a stationary phase in gas chromatography.In addition,aromatic hydrocarbons,mixed alkanes,mixed alcohols and isomers were separated in different degrees on the chiral mesoporous silica capillary column.
